A look at Golden Chain winner Julie Felss Masino’s accomplishments at Taco Bell

Julie Felss Masino will receive the leadership award at October’s MUFSO conference

As an operations and unit growth specialist, Taco Bell North America President Julie Felss Masino has achieved multiple milestones in her first 15 months as the domestic leader of the Yum Brands division.

For that reason, Nation’s Restaurant News has named her to the 2019 class of Golden Chain Award winners. She joins the previously announced slate of 2019 recipients: Tim McEnery of Cooper’s Hawk, Sam Fox of Fox Restaurant Concepts, Liz Smith of Bloomin’ Brands and Scott Svenson of MOD Pizza.

The 2019 award winners will be celebrated during a gala at Nation’s Restaurant News’ Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators conference, or MUFSO, scheduled for Oct. 14-16 in Denver. The winners will also participate in a panel discussion at the event.
