Seasons 52 is adding new flatbreads and other dishes to its fall menu, as well as a seasonal dessert, two cocktails and two wines.
The menu will debut in restaurants on Sept. 20.
The new items are:
• Grilled portobello mushroom and five-cheese flatbread with spinach and truffle sour cream
• Artichoke and goat cheese flatbread with spinach, balsamic onions and roasted peppers
• Organic tomato carpaccio with chèvre cheese, balsamic vinegar, basil and grilled bruschetta
• Half Moon Bay Brussels sprouts with roasted garlic
• Prince Edward Island mussels steamed in marinara sauce and served with grilled ciabatta
• Maple Leaf Farms sesame duck salad with apples, toasted pecans, cranberries, butternut squash and mint
• Manchester Farms all-natural grilled quail with mashed sweet potatoes and bourbon-chile glaze
• Roasted harvest squash trio with honey-mint glaze
• Pumpkin pie Mini Indulgence desert with gingersnap crust
The 18-unit chain also added two cocktails — the Skinny Raspberry Chocolatini and the Superfruit Martini.
The Chocolatini is made with light raspberry cocoa vodka and chocolate coconut water. The Superfruit Martini combines blueberry and pomegranate juices with an açaí-infused spirit.
Seasons 52 also has added two wines to its list: a 2007 Mauritson Cabernet Sauvignon from California’s Sonoma County and a 2008 Ramey Chardonnay from the Russian River, also in Sonoma.
Seasons 52, which is owned by Darden Restaurants Inc., changes its menu quarterly and tweaks it weekly with fresh, seasonal ingredients. None of its menu items has more than 475 calories.
