Adaptogenic powder starts to gain traction
Moringa is a type of tree, also known as a drumstick or horseradish tree, native to India and South Asia. In the United States, its leaves are sold as dried powder boasting a long list of health benefits.
Although currently on less than one percent of menus, its presence has grown by more than 200 percent over the past four years, with no sign of letting up.
