CULVER CITY Calif. Sizzler is featuring a trio of $8.99 USDA Choice steaks as a limited-time offer. The 8-ounce steaks are available with blue cheese, garlic butter or peppercorn sauces. Each is served with a Caesar salad and a baked potato.
In promoting the new Steakhouse Favorites line, Sizzler is calling attention to its nearly 50-year heritage.
"With this limited time offer, we are making it affordable and convenient for families to enjoy the classic American steakhouse meal," Mike Branigan, vice president of marketing for franchisor Sizzler USA, said in a statement.
Sizzler, based here, owns or franchises more than 300 casual-dining restaurants worldwide.
