Rodriguez to open Cuban eatery in Miami

MIAMI Chef Douglas Rodriguez announced plans this week to open another Miami restaurant, D. Rodriguez Cuba, at the Hotel Astor in South Beach.

Rodriguez, who recently made a celebrity appearance on “Top Chef Masters,” already has OLA in the Sanctuary Hotel in Miami as well as restaurants in Philadelphia and New York.

D. Rodriguez Cuba, which will offer Cuban cuisine and live music, is scheduled to open Dec. 1 in the space formerly held by La Maison D
