DENVER Quiznos Sub parent QCE Holding LLC based here will monitor franchise restaurant development progress and better engage franchisees in their build-out cycles using Evoco Inc.'s Web-based, project-management technology, the vendor reported.
Calgary, Alberta-based Evoco said QCE Holding selected Evoco Workspace for the rapidly growing sandwich chain because of the technology's ease of use and for its support of online collaboration, workflow tools, document- and print-management capabilities and bid-management functions.
Quiznos Sub, with reported U.S. systemwide sales of $1.78 billion for the fiscal year ended on or near Dec. 31, 2006, added nearly 2,100 domestic franchised restaurants during the three-year period ended then, bringing the chain's U.S. unit total at the time to 4,576.
