MEMPHIS Tenn. Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc. promoted Pete Pascuzzi to the position of senior vice president, corporate restaurant operations, effective immediately. He previously served as vice president, operations for the 155 company-owned Perkins restaurants.
In his new position, Pascuzzi, a 30-year veteran of the restaurant industry, will oversee both the company-owned Perkins units as well as the 91 company-operated Marie Callender's outlets.
Pascuzzi has previously held senior management and operations positions at Sonic, Bakers Square, Whataburgerand Long John Silver's.
Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc. operates and franchises more than 600 family-dining restaurants.
