Fulton's on the River, a seafood and steakhouse in Chicago, features a cocktail lineup of classics and new creations as well as seasonal specials. For the holidays, the menu included drinks like the Fruit Cake and Mistletoe.
Now, with the holidays over but cold weather still on the scene, the Winter Warm-Up menu features the Café Mocha, $7, made with espresso, cachaça, hazelnut liqueur and chocolate syrup. The drink is shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass. Though featured on the winter menu, the drink is available all year long.
