CARROLLTON Texas At T.G.I. Friday’s, membership in its guest recognition program is all that and a bag of chips.
Friday's said its Give Me More Stripes program has a new perk: a free snack bag of the chain's branded Cheddar & Bacon Potato Skins chips during lunch. The free chips will be given to Stripes members who dine at Friday's between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Friday's said membership in its Give Me More Stripes program has passed 450,000 since the chain debuted the program in July. Benefits include a free appetizer or dessert upon signup, a one-time pass to jump the waiting line for tables and an $8 coupon for every $100 spent.
When the program kicked off, Friday's also offered members free chips and dip or free hummus and chips.
"We will continue to explore other ways to elevate the T.G.I. Friday's in-restaurant experience," said Andrew Jordan, senior vice president of marketing for T.G.I. Friday's USA.
Friday’s, which has more than 1,000 restaurants in 60 nations, is owned by Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc.
