Southeast QSR LLC is a Taco Bell franchisee with 58 restaurants in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina.

The Taco Bell chain, which totals about 5,600 U.S. locations, is a division of Louisville, Ky.-based Yum! Brands Inc., which also owns the Pizza Hut, KFC, Long John Silver's and A&W All American brands. For Yum's March-ended first quarter, Taco Bell's U.S. same-store sales fell 2 percent.

So far this year, Taco Bell has emphasized value and its Fresco line of more healthful offerings. It kicked off the year with a marketing push behind its Drive-Thru Diet slate of items that each hold no more than 9 grams of fat. The chain also continues to promote its “Why Pay More?” value menu.

Southeast QSR typically emphasizes community involvement, participating in such programs as the Wounded Warrior Project, the Armed Forces Families Foundation, Awesome Effort and Summer Reading programs and Freedom Bells, which support local military families.
