DALLAS Chili’s Grill & Bar parent Brinker International Inc. has cut 125 jobs at its corporate headquarters here.
The company said that was about 10 percent of its corporate staff. The company had no other comment on the layoffs.
When its second quarter ended on Dec. 26, Brinker had 1,872 restaurants, including 1,419 Chili’s, 245 Romano’s Macaroni Grills, 167 On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantinas and 41 Maggiano’s Little Italy units. The company is looking to sell Romano’s.
