The Wendy’s Co. has named Tatiana Lambert as U.S. chief development officer, the company confirmed this week.
The Dublin, Ohio-based quick-service brand said Lambert will report to Abigail Pringle, the company’s president for international and chief development officer. Dana Calvert remains as our vice president and chief development officer for international, and she reports to Pringle, a spokesperson said.
“Tatiana will lead the U.S. restaurant development team responsible for market planning, site selection/site approvals, negotiating leases/real estate purchases, developing franchise incentives, designing strategic development programs and building broker partnerships,” the company said.
Lambert will focus on creating and executing new development strategies that drive footprint expansion across the United States.
Lambert has experience in real estate development, construction-project management and franchise management within the restaurant industry, in both the U.S. and around the world. Prior to Wendy’s, she had served as interim head of development/director of development strategy and transformation for Pizza Hut U.S. since November 2022.
Wendy's, founded in 1969, has more than 7,000 restaurants worldwide. The company is expected to report its fourth quarter and full-year 2023 earnings before the market opens on Feb. 15.
