Inside the 2018 Food Safety Symposium

Nearly three dozen foodservice operators, educators, attorneys and other professionals and industry experts gathered Sept. 16-18 in Las Vegas for the 13th annual Nation’s Restaurant News Food Safety Symposium sponsored by Ecolab. 

The invite-only event – this year at the Park MGM hotel – featured keynote speeches, operator peer-to-peer presentations, regulatory and science updates, all-hands-in roundtable discussions and networking activities such as the curated “Lip Smacking Foodie Tour” of four trendsetting Vegas eateries.
