10 restaurant executives on the move in the month of October

From CEOs to COOs, the C-suite at various companies saw movement during the creepiest month of the year

Last month, two restaurant companies named new CEOs — dirty soda brand Swig and fast-casual taco chain Tijuana Flats.

Wienerschnitzel parent company Galardi Group named a new chief operating officer to replace J.R. Galardi, who was promoted to CEO earlier in the year.

Arby’s named a former Buffalo Wild Wings executive to its C-suite, keeping that person in the Inspire Brands family.

El Pollo Loco named a former Dunkin’ executive its chief operating officer, while Applebee’s named a new chief culinary officer who used to work at Papa Johns.

Brinker made two C-suite changes in its chief people officer and chief digital officer.

Nextbite brought on an advisor from the world of QSR, and Little Caesars named a new chief marketing officer.
