CHATTANOOGA Tenn. The Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, based here, on Monday launched a “You Pay What We Pay” limited-time promotion offering lunch specials at 40-percent off regular prices — the same discount offered to employees.
The promotion is scheduled to run through March 31 in select markets throughout the 27-unit chain. A wide range of lunch specials will be available daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at stores in the Arizona markets of Glendale, Scottsdale and Tempe; and on weekdays in Seattle and Summerlin, Nev.
The Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group operates 37 restaurants under the namesake brand, as well as Big River Grille & Brewing Works, Bluewater Grill, A1A Ale Works, Seven Bridges Grill and Ragtime Tavern.
