Kona Grill Inc. reported Wednesday a 32.9-percent decline in net income for the third quarter ended Sept. 30. The 24-unit Scottsdale, Ariz.-based casual-dining chain said it opened a new location in Boise, Idaho — its first new restaurant since 2010 — on Oct. 18, after the quarter’s close. It plans to open another unit in The Woodlands, Texas, before the end of 2013.
