NEW YORK Sodexho USA as the new operator of its adjacent upscale-casual restaurant concept. —St. Bartholomew’s Church in midtown Manhattan has appointed the corporate dining services division of Gaithersburg, Md.-based contract foodservice company
Under the terms of the agreement, Sodexho will invest $2 million in the restaurant project to create a more flexible indoor space for dining and special events as well as to improve operations on the outdoor terrace. The plans also call for the construction of a new kitchen and the redesign of the indoor restaurant area.
