DEDHAM Mass. Papa Gino's Pizzeria and D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches chains parent Papa Gino's Inc., based here, has selected as its online ordering support services provider the ONOSYS division of O-Web Technologies Ltd., ONOSYS said.
"After an extensive review of online ordering solutions, we chose ONOSYS because of the company's dedication to customer service, experience in working with pizza and quick-service concepts and their ability to integrate into our existing POS platform," said Paul Valle, chief information officer for Papa Gino's Inc. Added Valle, whose company's two chains operate or franchise to others a total of about 370 restaurants, "We see tremendous benefit to our guests by providing a convenient means of ordering that will enhance their overall experience with Papa Gino's and D'Angelo."
The ONOSYS technology chosen by PGI features safeguards in keeping with data security guidelines from the Payment Card Industry group, sources at Cleveland-based ONOSYS said. They added that the technology provides each client restaurant with sales and marketing information to help it customize the online experience for its unique customer base.
