RIDGELANE Miss. McAlister's Deli, based here, said it has moved the gift-card program for its 265-unit chain to the Givex platform.
"We thought changing providers was going to be a quite an undertaking, but Givex made it surprisingly easy for us," said Randy White, senior director of information technology for McAlisters's. "Since the switch, we've also enjoyed more robust gift-card reporting features and superior customer service."
Givex Corp., with U.S. offices in Marietta, Ga., is a real-time processing and services provider for gift, loyalty and stored-value cards. Representatives said the company is providing McAlister's with fund settlement between franchisees and corporate locations, online administration and reporting capabilities, card production and marketing support.
