CARROLLTON Texas T.G.I. Friday's said it would give members of its loyalty program a free dessert with the purchase of an entree during Black Friday weekend, or the days following Thanksgiving when shoppers troll for bargains.
The offer is good Nov. 28-30 at participating restaurants, according to Friday's officials.
"Friday's will sweeten up the holiday shopping for our best guests during Black Friday weekend," said Andrew Jordan, senior vice president of marketing for T.G.I. Friday's USA.
Friday's has offered several giveaways, such as free chips and dip, to members of its Give Me More Stripes loyalty program, which it introduced earlier this year.
The casual-dining chain, a division of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc., said the program now has 550,000 members.
