MARCQ-EN-BAROEUL France Multiconcept operator and franchisor Holder Group, based here, with more than 450 outlets around the world, including those affiliated with the Paul and Saint Preux brands, has named as its sole point-of-sale system provider the ParTech Inc. division of Par Technology Corp.
"The Holder Group is very pleased to have formed a strong relationship with Par as our solutions provider for our restaurants," said Christian Pacan, information technology director for the Holder Group. "Par's distinctive global position will enable Holder Group to maintain a singular system in all our operations."
Based in New Hartford, N.Y., ParTech has an international arm with 15 worldwide offices in Latin America, Europe and Africa, the Middle East, China and Asia Pacific. The Par systems configuration preferred by Holder Group has that company operating its POS terminals off of a central server, permitting it visibility into its operations, enhanced operational efficiency and shortened deployment times, a ParTech representative said.
