The new BBQ Ranch Chicken Tostada Salad entrée combines chicken with romaine lettuce, barbecued black beans, corn poblano, crunchy tortilla strips, cilantro, cojita cheese, ranch dressing and barbecue sauce. —
The second entrée is Barbecue Chicken Grilled Quesadilla, which includes jack and Cheddar cheeses, corn poblano, cilantro and barbecue sauce in a large flour tortilla. —
The rollout is being supported with a multimedia campaign in the general and Hispanic markets. El Pollo Loco has 366 units in seven states. —
