Delaware North partners with Which Wich

BUFFALO N.Y. Concessionaire Delaware North Cos. said it is teaming up with Which Wich to bring units of the Dallas-based sandwich chain to airports and other contract foodservice venues.

Delaware North said it intends to include Which Wich in a handful of upcoming bids and concept projects. The company has yet to determine where its first Which Wich unit will be located.

Matt King, president of Delaware North's Travel Hospitality Services, said, “We take pride in partnering with innovative companies like Which Wich that stand out in the industry.”

Jeff Sinelli, founder and chief executive of Which Wich, said, “It’s the right move for our brand and it will enable us to engage a whole new group of customers with our interactive and customizable concepts.”

Delaware North's Travel and Hospitality Services division operates in more than two dozen airports worldwide including Los Angeles International Airport, Detroit Metro Airport and Melbourne Airport in Australia.

Founded in 2003, Which Wich has more than 50 units in 12 states.
