Cool Plates features dishes from across the country to help inspire chefs' creativity.
This 35-unit chain started making its own potato chips in February, and introduced its first flavored chip, barbecue, in August.
Now those chips are being used for a limited time offer that’s an embellishment of the restaurant’s signature Jake Cheeseburger.
Two hamburger patties and cheese are topped with barbecue sauce and potato chips.
The hamburger is sold for around $5.49, depending on the location, all but one of which are franchised.
Richard Tarascio, Jake's vice president of operations, said the LTO would likely be available for three months, or maybe longer.
