Aramark Corp. Tapped to Take Over Mississippi State Account

PHILADELPHIA Aramark Corp., the contract management firm based here, has won the foodservice contract at Mississippi State University in Starkville, Miss. —

The contract, which goes into effect next month, calls for the addition of a Starbucks unit and a sushi bar on campus. In addition, the university’s Colvard Student Union will feature new food choices, and Perry Cafeteria, while retaining its Southern-style menu items, will offer more fresh-made and vegetarian meals. —
