B.B. King’s, Palm, others select catering, events and dining room software

MEMPHIS Tenn. The four-unit B.B. King’s Blues Club group owned by Beale Street Blues Co., based here, and 25-unit, upscale steakhouse operator Palm Restaurant Group of Washington, D.C., are among the recent converts to ReServe Interactive’s catering and event management software, the technology supplier said.

“ReServe Interactive software has been an integral part of our success. In just six months we were able to nearly double our sales and have decided to implement ReServe at all of our locations,” Audrey Joyner, director of sales and marketing for B.B. King's, said of the catering and event software also purchased recently by TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, a resort in Washington State, as well as steakhouse operator PRG.

Representatives of Delafield, Wis.-based ReServe Interactive said that among other things, the company’s software tracks event room availability and manages bookings; produces event-related proposals, contracts and invoices; and simplifies the gathering of menus and management of set-up and service arrangements. They indicated that the software also forecasts revenue, produces reports and maintains a customer database.

In other news, the Hilton Waikaloa resort in Hawaii  has selected for use ReServe Interactive’s dining reservation and table-management software to streamline reservation and guest seating management, the vendor said.
