Texas Roadhouse eyes Bubba’s 33 growth

As it plans to ramp up expansion of its secondary Bubba’s 33 concept, Texas Roadhouse Inc. is testing lunch service in five of locations and paring down the square footage in three planned locations, executives said Monday.
