Ariz. McD's franchisee settles teen harassment suit

PHOENIX Ariz. McDonald's franchisee GLC Restaurants agreed to pay $550,000 to eight female employees to settle a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which claimed the teenaged workers were sexually harassed by a male supervisor.

The regional office of the EEOC stated that GLC also agreed to provide training and education to its employees about sexual harassment and their rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. The franchisee
