Wood Fired Holding Group has debuted a new prototype this month for the Firebirds Wood Fired Grill chain, opening the restaurant Nov. 1 in Jacksonville, Fla.
Stephen Loftis, vice president of marketing for the Charlotte, N.C.-based casual-dining brand, said it marks an evolution for the 44-unit chain.
