Firehouse Subs has awarded an in-store marketing management contract to Pointsmith. Under the three-year agreement, Houston-based Pointsmith will manage Firehouse’s in-store marketing processes, including strategic management services, the development of a profile database detailing restaurant attributes, custom technology solutions, print production, distribution, inventory, fulfillment and field-level customer service. Among the new initiatives included in the agreement will be the development of restaurant profiles outlining each outlet’s advertising real estate, including signage frames, windows, exterior frames and local advertising restrictions. In addition, Pointsmith will create an e-commerce Web portal with online ordering, flexible billing options and reporting of order history and inventory levels on demand.
