Hoshizaki has partnered with Fastcomm to provide a remote monitoring solution for Hoshizaki KM cuber ice machines. Fastcomm's IoT platform uses cellular connectivity to connect ice machines to a secure cloud-based platform, providing on-the-go access to check machine health and receive status alerts. By utilizing this new technology, multi-unit operators can know the ice making status at each location and troubleshoot problems from their device – increasing efficiency and saving money on possible downtime and service calls.

"We are delighted to partner with Hoshizaki, bringing Fastcomm’s IoT platform and innovative remote monitoring technology to their ice machines. Our Hoshizaki KM solution offers 24/7 access to the operation of all connected machines, providing immediate text/email alert notification and remote diagnostic capabilities. Customers are now equipped to proactively manage their business, minimize machine downtime and deliver a superior level of service." said Angelo Dasopatis, Director of Business Development at Fastcomm USA.
