Hoots, the fast-casual spinoff of Hooters, serves the chain’s menu items, such as wings, fries and crab legs, but without its iconic female staff. 

Dubbed “A Hooters Joint,” the first Hoots location opens mid-February, in Cicero, Ill. Take a look inside.
