One in 8 kids in America live with hunger. This back-to-school season, renown restaurant brands are mobilizing their guests to help No Kid Hungry, a national campaign to end childhood hunger in America change that. All September, when guests dine at a No Kid Hungry participating restaurant, they can donate in exchange for money-saving rewards. Every $1 donated can help connect a child with 10 meals through No Kid Hungry’s programs and partnerships*. For a complete list of participating partners and promotions, visit NoKidHungry.org/BrandsThatGive.

No Kid Hungry is also celebrating school heroes for helping kids get the nutrition they need to succeed inside and outside the classroom. People are invited to visit NoKidHungry.org/Heroes to post notes of gratitude to teachers and school staff for feeding our nation’s kids.

Summer-Spotlight Schools-San Antonio-Texas-2022-186.jpg“It’s going to take all of us working together to make childhood hunger in America a thing of the past,” said Sara Jamshidi, director of corporate partnerships at Share Our Strength, the organization behind the No Kid Hungry campaign. “Eating out or ordering in is something people are already doing, and if you can make your meal count for kids at the same time, it’s an easy way to make a difference. We’re grateful to our partners who support our work, so all kids can thrive this school year and every day.”

No Kid Hungry is proud to work with nearly 30 participating brands to ensure all kids have access to the most important school supply this school year and every day, including: Citi, Arby’s Foundation, Denny’s, Jack in the Box, The Habit Burger Grill and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
