Innocence lost: Police bust man who sold pot from ice cream truck

MISSION TEXAS —An ice cream truck driver here was arrested recently after a number of elementary school students told police he was selling them, er, pot-sicles.

Flores was charged with possession of marijuana and a judge set bond at $30,000.
