North Italia chefs were brought in from various other restaurant locations to prepare food at the Racing Fan Fest.
North Italia’s section of the Formula One Racing Fan Fest featured a miniature race track, where attendees could race each other, as well as a chef’s demonstration area and drink samples.
North Italia’s culinary director, Chris Curtiss, oversaw the samples, provided guidance at off-site influencer events (such as one at the Aventura North Italia location) and gave demonstrations during the three-day event.

North Italia teased a few items from its May 8 seasonal menu introduction, including this Lemon Olive Oil Cake, during a "Cars and Cocktails" event that featured press, social-media influencers, race car drivers and collectors at the Aventura, Fla., location.
Among the new items North Italia planned to introduce May 8 was this Tortelloni al Pomodoro, which featured a tomato sauce, burro fuso, heirloom cherry tomato, torn basil, and grana padano.
Among the items North Italia sampled at the Racing Fan Fest event was this signature tiramisu dessert.
Signature North Italia cocktails offered at the Racing Fan Fest included Red Sangria, Aperol Spritz, and a Sicilian Margarita.
Miami’s Wynwood Marketplace, in the arts district, was turned into the off-site Formula One Grand Prix racing fan festival.
Sonic the Hedgehog, flanked here by North Italia representatives, was another attendee at the Racing Fan Fest, a part of the Formula One Miami Grand Prix event.
