Women’s Foodservice Forum CEO discusses developing future leaders

Hattie Hill, president and CEO of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, has the unique leadership opportunity to both celebrate the history of a powerful organization and to set the pace for the group’s future.

The WFF has been celebrating its 25th anniversary since mid-2014, and today, Hill is looking toward the future and working to continue to advance women leaders in the foodservice industry.

“The next 25 years is really exciting as we have a multi-generational group of leaders … and the younger generation is looking at things very differently,” Hill said.

NRN editor in chief Sarah Lockyer sat with Hill last month to discuss the importance of the WFF and what role the group can play for tomorrow’s leaders.
