Tiki bars are not supposed to be vegan. Restaurants aren’t supposed to sell flowers. Trendy hot spots are not supposed to serve burgers garnished with nothing more than iceberg lettuce, American cheese and a pickle. Someone forgot to tell that to successful Seattle restaurateurs.
