Nation’s Restaurant News editor-in-chief Sam Oches and Datassential group manager Mark Brandau will once again go live on social media to discuss this year’s Top 500 restaurants report, and will reveal new data on industry trends for the first half of 2021. The pair will be on LinkedIn Live on Wednesday, Sept. 22 at 2 p.m. EDT.
Oches and Brandau will share insights into which restaurant chains and segments have the most momentum and which states and markets are showing the most growth right now. Plus, they will share a list of fast-growing brands to keep tabs on outside of the Top 500.
In July, Oches and Brandau took to Instagram to discuss the Top 500 report, which was released in June. At that time, the two shared their insights as to which chains and segments “won” in 2020, which emerging chains continued to grow and how ghost kitchens may have impacted financials.
