The Top 200, ranked here by total number in U.S. units in the Latest Year, together represent 226,926 locations, up 0.6% from 225,554 a year earlier. They range in size from Subway’s 23,801 sandwich shops to Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House’s 16 full-service restaurants.
Subway was the restaurant chain with the most U.S. units in 2019.
