Cutting-edge restaurant equipment doesn’t always mean automation.
Sometimes it’s simply finding creative solutions through smart engineering and MacGyver-inspired innovation.
That was certainly true for a handful of products tailored to meet unique operator needs, according organizers of The NAFEM Show, a three-day restaurant equipment event in Orlando, Fla., this week.
NAFEM, or the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers, referred to these technology innovations “game changers” in the industry.
