Little Greek Fresh Grill is a Tampa, Florida-based franchise serving Mediterranean flavors in a fast-casual setting. Since franchising in 2011, the company has expanded to nearly 50 locations in Florida, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas.
Nick Vojnovic is president and majority partner with Little Greek. The former president of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s joined the fast casual in 2011 and has helped ramp up growth leveraging his foodservice experience. In this special bonus episode of Take-Away with Sam Oches, Sam talks with Vojnovic about the challenges facing restaurant operators today, including labor, supply chain and inflation.
“Right now is the most challenging time in the industry I’ve ever seen,” said Vojnovic.
