Hormel Foods Personnel Announcement

Hormel Foods Corporation today announced the promotion of Annemarie Vaupel, product development team leader for Foodservice, to the role of director of marketing for Foodservice.

“Annemarie has long been an asset to the Foodservice division through her various roles,” said Jeff Frank, vice president of Foodservice marketing at Hormel Foods. “We are confident that her deep knowledge and experience will continue to drive results in her new position.”

Vaupel serves as the Industry Advisory Board Chair for the Association of Healthcare Foodservice and also recently completed her role as Board Chair for the United Way of Mower County. She is 1990 graduate from the University of Minnesota with a major in psychology.

Vaupel began her career at Hormel Foods in October of 2002 as a personnel administrator in the company’s human resources department. In March 2007, she advanced to compensation analyst.

One year later, Vaupel joined the Foodservice division as an associate product manager and advanced to product manager in May of 2011.

In March 2013, Vaupel was promoted to national sales manager of health care and advanced to her current position as product development team leader in 2016.
