New varieties of farm-raised fish, value-added products from spiced tinned shrimp to flavored roe, and trend-forward products such as poke kits and seafood designed especially for the Hawaiian kits, were on display among the more than 1,300 hundred companies that exhibited at Seafood Expo North America in Boston.
