A look at Chick-fil-A’s Little Blue Menu food truck

Chick-fil-A’s Little Blue Menu virtual brand, which first opened in late 2021, now has a food truck that is selling wings, fries and cookies in Kentucky.

Chick-fil-A’s Little Blue Menu virtual brand, which first opened in Nashville in late 2021, has a new food truck that is selling traditional bone-in wings, French fries, cookies and beverages in Louisville, Kentucky. The wings are available in 8-, 16-, and 24-count with the option of five sauces and seasonings: ranch, buffalo, sweet chili, lemon pepper seasoning and sriracha garlic seasoning. They arrive undressed, so customers can add their own level of flavoring, and each option is an additional $1.25.

The food truck will be parked at Louisville’s Oxmoor Mall for three months and then will hit markets throughout Kentucky and Indiana. The food truck tour comes shortly after Little Blue Menu’s test run ended in Nashville, though another delivery-led Little Blue Menu is expected to open later this year in College Park, Maryland. According to the company, the objective with this concept is to provide “ever-changing, fresh culinary experiences.”
