Nicknamed the CBO, this Chicken, Bacon and Onion sandwich comes from France. It is a square bun topped with toasted onions and sesame seeds. The sandwich is layered with bacon and pepper flavored cheese, two half strips of bacon, lettuce, crispy fried onion straws and a signature CBO sauce.
The 1955 Burger from Germany features a glazed toasted bun, lightly sprinkled with sesame seeds. It is topped with seasoned ketchup, grilled onions, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and a special 1955 sauce.

Not shown: McDonald’s is also adding two salads: The Manhattan Salad from France contains a mix of lettuces, baby kale, romaine and a spring lettuce blend topped with grape tomatoes, dried cranberries and sliced apples. It is served with choice of sliced grilled or crispy chicken and a breadstick. It comes with Bleu Cheese dressing or your choice of dressings. Canada provides the inspiration for the second salad, a Mediterranean-style salad called I’m Greeking Out. It is a mix of lettuces, topped with sliced cucumbers, red pepper strips, crumbled feta, seasoned couscous, herb and garlic pita chips, and a choice of sliced grilled or crispy chicken. It comes with Greek dressing.
Watch out Dairy Queen. For dessert, the McDonald’s restaurant in Chicago is serving a Caramel Dipped Cone from South Korea. Get any soft serve (vanilla, chocolate or a twist of both flavors) dipped in a caramel shell topping.
