Erbert & Gerbert’s debuts new end-cap unit in Minnesota

Sandwich-soup brand offers drive-thru and convenient pickup locations

Erbert & Gerbert’s has opened a new end-cap prototype in West Saint Paul, Minn., that features a drive-thru and convenient areas for order pickup.

The Eau Claire, Wis.-based quick-service sandwich-and-soup brand, which has nearly 100 locations in 12 states, said its first opening of 2023 has prototypical features of its new look and layout.

“This store represents the future of the Erbert & Gerbert’s brand,” said

Jacob Kersting, the company’s director of marketing, in a statement.

Erbert & Gerbert’s, founded in 1988, is also focusing on development in urban areas and in such non-traditional sites as hospitals and college campuses.

The newest Erbert & Gerbert’s features convenient ordering options for customers including dine-in, pickup, drive-thru and delivery.

The company said Erbert & Gerbert’s stores will focus on end-cap locations in further development.
