New signage will start to roll out early this year.
Worker uniforms, menu boards and signage are included in the rollout.
The new brand identity focuses on the flame-grilled cooking method Burger King uses on its burgers, something that will be highlighted in the redesign as shown in this mock-up.
The brand identity is centered around the colors of the flame and grilling, with orange and red alongside the colors found in the brand’s Whopper: brown (patty), white (onion), green (lettuce) and yellow (bun).
The cherry (or sesame seeds) on top? The brand created a new proprietary font and name it “flame” as part of the rebranding. Talk about meta.
The new uniforms – pictured on real Burger King employees – include a range of t-shirts along with aprons, hats and sweatshirts.
Of course, the classic button-up collared shirt was redesigned with the new logo.
Packaging now emphasizes the ingredients in each burger with bold, graphic designs on the outside of each food item including special packaging for plant-based items.
