Bar Celona Lounge features Spanish cuisine in a renovated glue factory in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, N.Y. Though Bar Celona features a list of sherries and beers from Spain, the lounge also features a cocktail list that compliments and highlights the food.
In particular, the Gastros section of the cocktail menu features drinks that serve the flavors of Spain in a cocktail glass. For example, the Gazpacho is made with the Swedish distilled spirit aquavit, tomatoes, cucumber, Pedro Ximénez sherry, lime and yellow Chartreuse.
The cocktail menu, put together by cocktail consultant team The Tippling Bros., also features a G y T section, showcasing several versions of the classic gin and tonic, which is a popular cocktail in Spain.
