Healthy Dining names 4 directors to new board

SAN DIEGO —Healthy Dining, the provider of nutrition services for the foodservice industry based here, has established a new board of directors. The company said the board members were chosen because they have “a history of strong leadership success in the restaurant, food and hospitality industries.”

The new board includes Fred LeFranc, currently president of the consulting firm Results thru Strategy Inc.; Alan Gould, most recently the publisher of Nation’s Restaurant News; Sheri Miksa, most recently chief executive of Robeks Juice Franchise Corp.; and Debi Benedetti, the founding corporate officer of Bon Appetit Management Corp. —Healthy Dining, the provider of nutrition services for the foodservice industry based here, has established a new board of directors.
