True Food Kitchen’s latest restaurants in California reflect the local design sensibilities that mark the 15-unit casual-dining brand. The Phoenix, Ariz.-based concept was created by physician Dr. Andrew Weil and Fox Restaurant Concepts founder Sam Fox.
